How to replace the fuel pump on an Audi A4? Let's see the disassembly of the pump for replacement. We disconnect the battery cables for safety, then, we remove the seats from the rear seats of the car. Identify the cover cap and unscrew the screws (if present), remove it from its seat, cover with absorbent paper for any liquid leaks. Disconnect the power supply terminals and the liquid circulation pipes and extract the fuel pump from its seat. We mount the new pump in the tank of the car after making all the connections.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
