Audi A4 - Video tutorial

Model: Audi A4 B8 - Years 2007-2016
Part: Oil filter
Operation: How to remove the oil filter of an Audi A4

Before we can start, we will have to open the front hood of our Audi A4, thus obtaining the necessary space to be able to work without hindrance. So let's start by removing the top engine cover, simply disengaging it. Next we will have to unscrew the oil filler cap. At this point, if you have the possibility, we can proceed with lifting the machine (if you do not have the possibility to lift the machine, it is not a problem). Let's proceed with removing the oil from the machine, placing a container under the spill hole and unscrewing the relative bolt. Once the oil has been removed, we can lower the machine and remove the oil filter, unscrewing it with a 76-14F socket wrench. When we have finished unscrewing it, we will be able to remove the oil filter, and we will have successfully completed the disassembly.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
