How to Replace the Fuel Pump on an Audi A4

To replace the fuel pump on an Audi A4, lift the retaining clips located at the bottom of the rear seats and near the seatbelts. This will allow you to raise the seats and access the fuel pump. The pump will be protected by a metal cover, which must be removed by loosening its mounting screws. Once you have access to the pump, disconnect it from the respective hoses and connectors using a flathead screwdriver. The pump can then be pulled from its housing and replaced.
