Gather the necessary materials, such as a CR2032 battery and your Audi A7 key. Take the key and press the button located on the back of the key as shown in the video, pull, and extract the mechanical key. Now turn the key and press the black button on the remote (see illustrative video) and push the drawer where the battery is housed. Replace the battery with a functioning one. Reassemble the key by reversing the steps.
