Replacing the battery in an Audi A5 is a straightforward task. First, open the boot and remove the floor of the boot space; the battery is located beneath the spare wheel. Next, undo the securing nut for the spare wheel, disconnect the terminals using a 10mm spanner, and unscrew the bolts of the battery bracket. Once done, insert the new battery and reassemble everything in reverse order. It is recommended to use a jump starter during the entire operation to prevent the onboard computer from resetting.
