To replace the battery in an Audi Q7, loosen the screws that secure the driver's seat at the front. Once the screws are loosened, lift the seat to access the components underneath, including the battery. Remove the plastic cover from the battery and disconnect the terminals connected to it. This will allow you to take the battery out of its housing and replace it with a new part. After installing the new battery, reattach the seat.
