Watch this video for the main instructions on how to remove and replace the heater core in the cabin of an Audi A4 B6. First, open the hood and start by disconnecting the two hoses located at the top of the engine bay by loosening the metal clamp screws; drain the coolant into a container.

Next, access the driver's side to remove the panel near the pedal area; disconnect the various wiring and remove the hoses from the heater core.

Now, unscrew the bracket screws to remove and replace the heater core, following the video until the end!
