The video shows the system for fixing the airbag to the steering wheel: it is a system that blocks the pegs behind the airbag through springs; it is therefore necessary to leverage the springs themselves so as to be able to open and move them away from the peg to be able to free it and then extract it: this operation can be carried out using a screwdriver to be inserted in the special holes behind the steering wheel but there is little space between the steering wheel and the panel tools on board the car, a useful do-it-yourself tool is an L-shaped folded screwdriver which, in addition to allowing it to be inserted in the relevant hole, also facilitates the lever to be practiced on the spring.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
