In this short and simple guide, learn how to open the doors of the Audi A6 in an emergency when the remote battery is dead. To open the vehicle, take your remote and access the physical key; then remove the small plastic cap found on the outer handle by prying at the hole located at the bottom, as shown in the video.

At this point, insert the key into the lock cylinder, turn it, and open the vehicle. Then replace the battery in the remote to restore its functionality!
