Replacing the high-pressure pump on the diesel engine of this vehicle is not a straightforward procedure. Below are the main steps to follow, also referencing the video. First, open the hood and remove the upper engine cover. Disconnect the fuel line from the pump located on the upper left side of the engine. Next, start loosening the mounting bolts of the pump using a socket wrench. Once all the bolts are removed, you can extract the pump. Take the replacement part, reposition it, and tighten all the required bolts.
