How to Remove the Radiator in an Audi A4?

In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the radiator in an Audi A4, a task that requires good manual skills. Before doing this, you must remove the front bumper and wait for the engine to be completely cool. Start by loosening all the bolts on the front side of the radiator with a 10mm socket wrench, then open the lower drain valve with a flathead screwdriver, drain all the fluid from the system, and disconnect the two rear hoses. Next, remove the front cover, extract the two upper mounting pins, and separate the radiator from the support. If necessary, transfer the old temperature sensor to the replacement radiator.
