In this guide we will see the steps and the procedure that will allow us to replace the timing belt on the Audi Q5 2.0 TDI; on this type of engine, the timing belt is to be replaced after 180,000 kilometers or 6 years. Then we open the bonnet and raise the car, starting by removing the front wheels and the bumper (unscrewing all the fixing screws); then we remove the V-belt and then the timing cover. At this point we take the necessary references to remove and replace the toothed belt with the new one, following the video tutorial to the end!

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
