Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

A very simple DIY maintenance task is replacing the engine oil, the oil filter, the engine air filter, and the cabin air filter using a little trick to drain the oil without lifting the vehicle: suction it through the dipstick tube with a manual pump. Start by disconnecting the flange attached to the engine air filter box to remove the old filter and insert the new one. Then, remove the cap from the dipstick tube and insert the hose to suction the engine oil before replacing the cartridge. Finally, replace the cabin air filter located on the passenger side, just above the heel pad.
