How to Disable the Seatbelt Chime on the Audi Q3

In this video, you will learn how to disable the chime that alerts you when the seatbelt is not fastened on the Audi Q3. This is just to eliminate the annoying sound of the chime, as the seatbelt MUST always be worn. Here’s how to do it using an OBD11 connected to the OBD port located under the dashboard on the driver’s side and an application downloaded on a tablet: first, perform a scan of the control units. Then, there are several methods: the simplest is to go to "applications", type "seat" in the upper right corner, and it will show exactly what we need: switch it to "off", confirm, and you’re done. You can also do it from control unit 17/coding/seatbelt alarm/variant 1 and change it to "off" and confirm. Alternatively, you can do it from "adaptation", where you type "seatbelts" and it will show what you are looking for, click "yes" and confirm.
