To remove the inner panel of the rear hatch on an Audi Q3, disconnect the small panels located in the center to access the screws underneath. Once these screws are loosened, you can completely remove the panel from its location.

After all screws are loosened, detach the inner panel of the hatch and insert the new one. This can now be secured, covering everything with the smaller panels.
