First, get in the vehicle and start by removing the shift knob by turning it counterclockwise; then, detach the shift boot from the base by pulling it off the shift lever, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace and install the new shift boot, securing it properly; then screw on the new shift knob, ensuring it is tight on the shift lever!
