These brief and simple instructions will show you how to replace the engine oil and oil filter on an Audi A5 3.0 TDI V6. First, raise the vehicle and begin by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then unscrew the oil filter cartridge found at the top, using a socket spanner, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new oil filter, replacing the small seal as well, and finally pour in the new engine oil!
