Model: Audi Tt 8J, MK 2 - Years 2006-2014

The trunk of the Audi TT can only be opened when the car is unlocked, on these models it is in fact impossible to open the hood, trunk, or fuel door without first unlocking the central locking system. To open the trunk, we must unlock the car and then press the button above the license plate. To close the trunk, simply let it fall shut on its own. If the trunk does not open, you can recline the rear seats and use a screwdriver to move the internal lever of the lock to unlock it. With this emergency operation, you will be able to access the inside of the rear trunk, but unfortunately, it is necessary to replace the lock afterwards.
