To change the language of the Audi A3 on-board computer, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to power on the dashboard. Once powered on, press the MENU button on the central console, then press the MEDIA button.

This will open a screen where you can select the "Languages" option by pressing the circular button: you can then scroll through the list of available languages on the on-board computer and select the desired one. After making the change, you can turn off the dashboard.
