Today, follow the main steps for removing and replacing the turbocharger on the Audi A3 2.0 TDI. First, raise the vehicle and disconnect the exhaust system from the turbocharger by undoing all the nuts on the manifold. Also, remove the EGR valve to check its condition, cleaning or replacing it if necessary.

At this point, remove and replace the turbocharger with the new one, as well as the original; then reassemble the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold, following the video tutorial to the end!
