How do you reset the Service light on the BMW 7 Series?

In order to reset the Service light of the BMW 7 Series, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the ignition switch: once the panel is turned on, you can press and hold the button in the bottom left of the instrument panel, so that the maintenance items are displayed. By pressing the button repeatedly, you can scroll through the menu until you find the item showing the remaining kilometers until the service: then you have to press and hold the button for a few seconds, to ensure that the reset of the light is done successfully.
