Opening the hood of the BMW X3 is a simple and quick task that you can do yourself, thanks to our short video tutorial that will help you memorize the steps to open and close the hood. To open the hood, get into the vehicle from the driver's side and lift the lever located near the seat.

Then, go to the front of the hood to fully open it and secure it with the prop rod. To close the hood, simply let it drop down onto itself. When you open the hood, a sound will indicate that the correct lever has been lifted.
