If you own a BMW Series 1 F40 and want to find out how to manually reset the service light that remains on despite the recent service, then all you have to do is read the following guide carefully and follow the various steps. First of all, get into the car and start the instrument panel in diagnostic mode by pressing the ignition button three times in a row. Immediately after, hold down the "BC" button located at the end of the left steering wheel lever for about 20 seconds. Finally, locate the screen related to vehicle maintenance and press the same button again to complete the reset.
