In order to replace the panoramic roof of the BMW 5 Series, it is necessary to completely remove the car's headliner, so that it is possible to access the mechanisms that allow the roof to move: to detach the headliner, all bulky parts in the interior such as handles, door pillars, ceiling lights, etc. must be removed.

Once the headliner is extracted from the rear of the car, it will be possible to loosen the screws that secure the panoramic roof and disconnect the fastening screws, so that the new piece can be inserted.
