Today we will explain how to open the trunk hatch from the inside in emergency situations on a BMW 1 Series, model E87. To perform this operation, we need to open the rear passenger side door and fold down the seats. From inside the trunk, we remove the cover next to the lock and insert a flat-head screwdriver to move the lever to unlock the trunk.
