In this video, we see how to change the windshield wipers of the BMW 1 Series E87 version: on this car, it is not necessary to put the wipers in maintenance position, but it will be enough to pull up the arms mechanically, in order to perform the operations. We grip the two plastic tabs located between each side of the arm, lift the cover of the block and slide the brush down to remove it. We take the new brush and install the adapter we need to mount it: to mount the new brush, we slide it along the arm and snap it into place, then we reposition the brush on the windshield; we do the same for the other windshield wiper and for the rear one.
