How to remove and replace the door handle on a BMW X5? Use a screwdriver to remove the screws located in the door as shown in the video. Then, disconnect the window switch panel and remove the door panel (after releasing the plastic clips). Remove the adhesive cover to access the door opening handle; remove the door handle as shown in the video. Install the new piece into the door sheet metal and prepare to reassemble all previously removed parts. Test the handle's proper operation before reinstalling the panel.
