How to remove and replace the door handle on a BMW 7 Series? Use a pry tool to remove the plastic covers under the handle, then use a screwdriver to remove the screws located inside the panel. Remove the panel (disconnect the connectors and the opening cable) and the adhesive cover: access the door opening handle and remove the panel handle as shown in the video. Install the new piece into the door panel and prepare to reassemble all previously removed parts. Test the handle's proper operation before reinstalling the panel.
