How to Replace the Compressor on BMW 3 Series

How to remove the air conditioning compressor on BMW 3 Series. Open the hood and secure it, then detach the plastic rivets and remove the air intake. Using a suitable socket wrench, remove the plates that secure the radiator at the top, then lift the car on a column lift (if necessary). Remove the horizontal coil of the radiator using pliers, then use a wrench to unscrew the large hose from the top of the car. Once free from screws and hoses, you can work on removing the air compressor. Unscrew the bolts at the base in the engine bay to free the air compressor, then remove it along with the attached belt (compare it with the new one and check for proper operation). Prepare to install the part in the engine bay, connect the belts, the clamps, and tighten securely with a socket wrench.
