Removing the Injectors from a BMW X5

Let’s see how to remove the injectors from a BMW X5 engine. Here’s how to proceed: pull the hood release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front hood, securing it. After removing the electrical connectors (unscrew them), use a suitable insert to remove the injectors. Use a socket wrench with a locking feature to unscrew the injectors (pull them out from the cylinder head); take the new injectors and install them into the engine cylinder head using the socket wrench. Finally, connect the fuel connectors and reinstall the plastic cover panel over the cylinder head.
