How to Remove the Exterior Handle of a BMW 3 Series

Learn how to remove and install the exterior handle located on the door of a BMW 3 Series. Remove the screws on the side of the door (side panel) using a suitable screwdriver. Use a plastic trim tool to pry off the cover of the handle on the right side. Extract the lock from the door, then pull the handle out from the car's body; compare it with the new handle and prepare for installation. Insert the new handle with lock and cover into the door. Finally, test the correct installation and operation by manually operating the handle.
