How to Repair the Side Mirror of a BMW F30

Here are the tips to repair the side mirrors of your BMW. They consist mainly of four parts: the mirror, two rear covers, and the turn signal. The mirror is attached to its housing under pressure; push from behind using specific tools. Disconnect the connector as well. The upper rear cover can be detached even with the mirror mounted by pressing with a stick on the three clips from the upper gap between the glass and the plastic. This is possible because the mirror is movable. Do not force the removal of the cover; you could break the clips. The turn signal and lower cover need to be removed by unscrewing three screws with a wrench.
