If you intend to reset the service light on your BMW X7, read this guide carefully and follow all the steps. Make sure to start with the instrument cluster completely off, then press the ignition button three times in a row. This will start the cluster in diagnostic mode.

Next, press the top button on the left lever of the steering wheel for about 30 seconds and release it as soon as a new screen appears on the display. Finally, scroll through the various options until you find the one related to vehicle maintenance and press the same button again to reset the service light.
