How to Reset the Maintenance Indicator on BMW i3

Let's see how to reset the maintenance indicator on the BMW i3: turn on the instrument panel and access the service menu. On the instrument panel (behind the steering wheel), locate the BC (Board Computer) button; it is usually a button on the left indicator stalk. Press and hold the BC button until the service menu appears on the display. Select the item to reset using the same BC button. Once you find the item of interest, press and hold the BC button again. A message like "reset?" will appear on the display. Release the button and then press it briefly again to confirm. You will see the message "reset in progress" and the maintenance interval will be reset; the light will turn off.
