This guide provides the main instructions on how to remove and replace the intake manifold on a BMW 3 Series 320d. First, open the hood of the vehicle and start removing the plastic cover located at the top of the vehicle by unscrewing all the fastening screws.

Next, remove the throttle body by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the electrical connector.

At this point, unscrew the bolts of the intake manifold, moving aside the various wiring to remove it. Replace it with the new original one, reassembling all the other components.
