Operation: How to replace the glow plugs in the BMW 3 Series 320d?

In this video we can see how to replace the glow plugs in the BMW 3 Series E90 320d, a very simple and fast operation. First of all we disconnect the negative pole of the battery in order to operate in complete safety. After that, we remove the plastic cover of the engine and then the entire intake manifold, disconnecting all the pipes and unscrewing the relative bolts. At this point, we apply some unlocking spray on the glow plugs, if necessary, and start unscrewing them with the appropriate 8mm wrench. Once the replacement glow plugs have been inserted, tighten them using a torque wrench set at 10nm.
