Replacing the Fuel Filter on BMW 3 Series

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

Replace the fuel filter on a BMW 3 Series if you have exceeded the recommended mileage. Lift the car on a column lift and locate the fuel filter as shown in the video. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the retaining bolts near the cover that conceals the filter (disconnect the wires and various hoses from the filter) where the fuel filter is located. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Install the new fuel filter (connect the hoses and wires) and tighten the screws on the cover. Lower the car to the ground after assembly.
