In this guide, you will learn how to replace the battery in a BMW 3 Series. First, you need to know that in this type of vehicle, the battery is located under the trunk. So, first, open the trunk and lift the first floor panel to remove it. Remove the other panel and start taking out the clips on the sides to detach the carpet trim. Use a pry tool to remove all the clips, and finally, use a 10 mm socket wrench to unscrew the side screw of the cover: remove it and take off the battery bracket to extract the battery!
