How to Replace the Battery in a BMW 3 Series

Before starting, open the trunk of your BMW 3 Series. Begin by prying off and removing the top cover of the battery. Next, remove the cover from the positive terminal of the battery, then unscrew the bolts that secure both terminals to the battery and disconnect them. After that, unscrew and remove the bolts that hold the upper battery bracket, then remove the bracket itself. At this point, you can pull the battery out of the trunk, completing the disassembly. To install the new battery, follow this procedure in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
