Removing Headrests from BMW 3 Series E46

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

Today, you will learn how to remove the headrests from a BMW 3 Series E46 in this short video tutorial. First, get inside the car and remove the rear part of the seat to access the internal guide of the headrest. Then, use a screwdriver or something sharp to remove the rings (the retaining clips) that hold the headrest in place. Once removed, pull the headrest upward to extract it. If you want to reinstall it, insert it back into the holes and secure it by placing the retaining ring in its seat. Finally, reassemble the seat.
