Window Regulator Replacement on BMW 5 Series

Model: BMW Serie 5 E39 - Years 1995-2003

Remove the cover near the door handle and unscrew the underlying screw. Using a plastic wedge or a small flat screwdriver, pry off the switch panel and disconnect its connector. Detach the door panel, then disconnect the speaker connector and unscrew the screws that secure the central handle, removing it. Also remove the door handle and take off the entire door cover. Using the wedge, remove the window trim and unscrew all the screws of the window regulator: support, motor, and gear. Reverse the procedure for installation.
