Replacing Air Vents on BMW 5 Series

Replacing the air vents is a very simple task on any car model. Although this example shows the removal of the rear vents on a BMW 5 Series F10, the procedure is usually the same. The only tool you need is a simple plastic prying tool. You can also use a small flathead screwdriver, but be careful not to scratch the plastic around the vents. Insert the prying tool into the gaps around the vents and gently pry outward, removing them slowly. If there are connectors attached to the plastic of the vents, as shown in the video, disconnect them and you're done.
