How to Install Deflectors on Side Windows

Model: BMW Serie 3 E90, E92, E91 - Years 2005-2013

This video shows how to install deflectors on the side windows of a BMW 3 Series. Start with the front passenger window. Lower the window halfway and place the top edge of the deflector into the lower gap of the door, with the other end in the opposite gap. Gently push its edge into the slot; be careful not to break it. Test the window by raising it to ensure it closes properly. Repeat the same process for the rear window: this is easier since the deflector does not need to follow angles. Remove the adhesive covers from the deflector and press it against the top edge of the window, ensuring it adheres well. Also, check that the window raises without obstruction.

Open the bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and secure it with the prop rod. Locate the inspection cap of the headlamp (at the rear of the headlamp) and remove it.
