To replace the interior handle of a BMW 3 Series, remove the trim piece that runs along the panel and loosen all the screws underneath it. Perform the same operation with the handle cover so that the door panel can be completely removed. This will allow you to loosen the bolts that secure the handle from the inside of the panel, enabling you to replace it with a new replacement part.

The new handle should then be secured to the panel, and the panel installed back onto the door.
