Operation: Advice on engine overheating and air bubbles

If air bubbles are formed in the refrigeration circuit this can cause an increase in pressure in the circuit itself causing a rise in the water temperature, which in the long run could first damage the cylinder head gasket but, if the increase of temperature is considerable, deformations of the head may also be generated which could be irreparable, even through flattening of the same. It is therefore necessary to periodically check the level of the coolant and allow any air bubbles to escape through the drain plugs located along the refrigeration system.
