Operation: How do you remove the BMW 5 Series EGR valve?

In order to replace the EGR valve on the BMW 5 Series, you need to open the bonnet, so that you can access the components inside the engine compartment. Once the bonnet has been opened, it will be necessary to remove the plastic cover of the upper part of the engine compartment, together with the air filter box; in this way you will have easier access to the valve, positioned between the intake manifold and the exhaust one. By unscrewing the bolts and disconnecting the connectors connected to it, it will be possible to completely remove the old EGR valve and replace it with a new spare part.
