How to Replace Spark Plugs on a BMW 3 Series?

To replace the spark plugs on a BMW 3 Series, open the hood and loosen the bolts securing the plastic cover on top of the engine compartment. Once this is removed, disconnect all connectors attached to the coil located above the spark plugs. This will allow you to remove the coil and access the spark plug housing; you can extract the spark plugs using a socket wrench. Insert the new spark plugs into their housings and connect them to the coil.
