How to Remove the Shark Fin Antenna from the BMW X1

Model: BMW X1 F48 - Years 2015-2022

This guide shows how to remove the shark fin antenna from the BMW X1. No special tools are required; just use a plastic trim tool and some tape to protect the body. Using a Torx screwdriver, remove the retaining screw of the receiver element. Carefully pull it upward to avoid damaging the electrical connections and disconnect the wiring. Install the new receiver element and reassemble everything in place. Before fully closing the antenna cover, check its operation.
