How to Reset the Service Light on a BMW 3 Series E90?

The BMW 3 Series E90 allows you to reset all necessary maintenance reminders for the proper functioning of the vehicle. To do this, turn on the ignition and, using the BC button, navigate the display to the date and time section. Now, press and hold the small button located to the left of the instrument cluster, under the speedometer, until the menu shifts to the maintenance section. At this point, you can navigate the menu using the up and down buttons, select the maintenance you want to reset, press the BC button once, and hold it to confirm the reset. Turn off and turn on the ignition to verify the procedure was completed correctly.
