How to Remove the Inner Door Panel of a BMW 1 Series

To remove the inner door panel of a BMW 1 Series, first, remove the two screws located at the bottom of the door. You will need a Torx bit size 10. Use a plastic spatula to pry off the handle trim and unscrew the screw hidden inside. Next, remove the cover of the door pull. Leverage from behind with your plastic spatula, and it will come off easily. Unscrew the two screws that secure it to the bodywork. Now, use the plastic spatula to pry from the inside, then from underneath and outside. Pull gently but firmly. The panel, now free, will come off.
